Our standard roof warranty is a 5 + 5 program. This involves a full 5 year coverage for leaks and materials with no charge to the customer. At the end of the initial 5 year period, the roof is inspected by our company and the manufacturer. If no weather or service related damage is found, the warranty is extended for an additional 5 years. This allows us to not only monitor the roof at the 5-year mark but also to monitor it on our yearly routine inspections.
