We Are Proud of Our ASU Performance Rating
Our involvement with Arizona State University (ASU) is one of our most exciting programs. In early 2000, ASU established a program involving a performance rating system for roofing contractors. The program’s goal was to separate good, conscientious roofing contractors from bad ones to show who performed excellent work and took care of their customers. An ASU performance rating is now a requirement by several major colleges and school districts before submitting a bid on a project. This program has provided these districts with top-performing contractors, all but eliminating the prospect of non-performing contractors participating. Longhorn Enterprises of Texas, Inc has maintained a consistent customer satisfaction average of 98% to 100% in every category ASU requires.
